Evening Meetings
We have evening meetings every month except January and invite speakers to talk on a variety of topics related to gardening and plants. These meetings are also an opportunity to meet other keen gardeners and share ideas, tips, friendship and plants and to hear what else is happening in the area related to gardening.

Shows
We normally run three shows each year, one each in Spring, Summer and Autumn.
The shows include competitions in various classes for flowers vegetables, jams and cakes.
There is also an annual competition to grow the best plant. Plug plants are purchased in March and April and they will be judged in August. Last year it was a Fuchsia and the photo shows some of the entries
Outings
We also arrange group visits to gardens, horticultural shows and other places of interest.
An outing to Stone House Cottage Nursery and John's Garden and Ashwood Nurseries is planned for Saturday 18th May. The cost is £33. If you would like more details or to book a place please contact Jennifer Matthews on 01926 854384
